Oh my God! You guys crack me up! I’ve already forwarded this to several friends who extensively hike through Utah with their husbands. I told my & showed my husband and, I’m sorry I don’t know your names, But my husband is so the male of the couple & I am so the female. From Machu Picchu to the big hour on Hawaii I have said “oh let’s go up the bend a little bit more!” my husband dismay. I’ve also may be fibbed about the length of trails or distance to places to make him be more likely to go. Other times I made actual mistakes. It’s just so funny to see this in your relationship/experience hiking! ❤😂

Well, the bridge was pretty cool! So high and so far though. I would like to do that. As far as the kayak training, nah, not for me! The thought of turning over while being closed up in that kayak and have to figure it out under water. NO WAY! me and water over my head don’t mix. work. What an adventure for you you both and thanks for sharing.

I can only imagine how hard it is to find parks that you guys can fit in. I know we are big with Large Marge and Big Booty Judy and find it difficult to get into some state parks. Another great hike for you guys! Thanks for sharing. That bridge hike is not for me. Holy smokes!! But I am on board with kayaking. It looked like a lot of fun--Jen

I have been on that road many many times from OH to Roanoke VA where I am from. I take 64 instead of 81 to get home. Which makes me pass New River Gorge. Never have been. So we are going to make a special RV trip to see it. Miss the mountains so much. Grew up in the surrounding Blue Ridge mtns where the NW Railroad was the hub. It has moved south now. Deana

Not to be nosey, just curious and interested, what you both do as a career, income, how do you save to own all this stuff. How you do it, inspire me to the same for me and my family, I want the exact luxuries, excitement and traveling you guys are doing.

Bridge driving, for sure. Bridge walk, yup I'd do it. Exploring, no problem. Kayaking lessons, would be very helpful, but the tip over... not sure. You made it look easy. Neither of you mentioned the water temp. Cold? Great camera work on the river Todd.
